The Project Analyst 2 is a developing professional role. Applies specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing and/or evaluating processes and data. Identifies policy gaps and formulates policies. Interprets data and makes recommendations. Researches and interprets factual information. Identifies inconsistencies in data or results, defines business issues and formulates recommendations on policies, procedures or practices. Integrates established disciplinary knowledge within own specialty area with basic understanding of related industry practices. Good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area. Develops working knowledge of industry practices and standards. Limited but direct impact on the business through the quality of the tasks/services provided. Impact of the job holder is restricted to own team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Gather data needed to create and complete project plans, including the work breakdown structure and project schedule.
- Collect project performance data to help track project issues and track resolutions.
- Keep track of progress on project deliverables, as well as approved changes.
- Ensure project documents such as the project charter, communication plan and risk management plans are updated as necessary.
- Create variance reports for tracking project estimates to presente data.
- Assist in the analysis of project budget data and create reports to help organization track project costs.
**Qualifications**:
- 0-2 years relevant experience
**Education**:




- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

**Responsabilidades**:
- Análisis de requerimientos, elaboración del Charter/Business Case, definición de alcance, riesgos, stakeholders, planeación, documentación del ciclo alineado al PMI y generación de matrices de pruebas de casos de uso.
- Aplicación de la metodología, dependiendo del tipo de proyecto y el objetivo aplique principalmente Lean, Scrum y Waterfall.
- Liderar y seguimiento de proyectos, liderar equipos multidisciplinarios, reuniones de seguimiento, creación reportes de avances, resolución de problemas.
- Elaboración diagramas de procesos, end to end, manuales operativo para rediseñar, identificar y aplicar la mejora.
- Elaboración de KPI’s, monitoreo y control para la calidad y seguimiento en procesos y proyectos.
**Requisitos**:
Experiência en administración de proyectos
Manejo de metodologías ágiles (**lean,**waterfall, agile, scrum)
Dominio de Office (Excel, power point)
Liderazgo
