**A Day In The Life**:
As a Senior **Analyst - IDC Operations** you will work closely with the IDC Operations Coordinator and Manager at our 3PL partner's Cuautitlán Izcalli facility. You will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence within L'Oréal's supply chain, focusing on process optimization, cost reduction, and data-driven decision-making. This role offers significant responsibility and the opportunity to leverage your analytical skills to make a substantial impact on the business while contributing to our broader purpose of creating sustainable and inclusive beauty. You will be responsible for 40% of CPD LATAM and 30% of total LATAM sales.
- ** Strategic Data Analysis**: Lead the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs across the IDC operations. This includes identifying trends, predicting demand, and developing innovative solutions.
- ** Advanced Process Improvement**: Identify and implement advanced process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance efficiency and reduce waste throughout the supply chain. This requires a deep understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.




- ** Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with the Supply Chain Coordinator and Manager, as well as other relevant teams, to ensure seamless collaboration and information sharing. Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
