**Core Responsibilities**
1. Process Development & Optimization
- Develop component production process documents (Work Instructions, Inspection Standards), design jigs/fixtures, and optimize key processes (stamping, welding, CNC punching).
- Lead trials for new materials/processes and complete feasibility validation reports.
2. Production Project Management
- Manage end-to-end component development projects: from customer requirements input, process design, trial production to mass delivery.
- Monitor project cost/schedule/quality risks, and coordinate procurement/quality/production teams to resolve resource conflicts.
- Optimize plant layout and material flow to reduce WIP (Work-in-Process) inventory and shorten Lead Time.
3. Quality & Supply Chain Collaboration
- Formulate component testing plans (durability, environmental adaptability) and lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for failures.
- Collaborate with procurement to evaluate supplier technical capabilities, lead new supplier material qualification, and implement ECN (Engineering Change Notices).
- Conduct process audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001/IATF 16949 standards.
4. Lean Production
- ImplementationDrive 5S, SOP (Standard Operating Procedures), and Kaizen activities to reduce material/energy waste.




- Monitor key parameters via SPC (Statistical Process Control).
**Category & Specific Requirements**
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Forming, Automation, or related fields.
**Experience**
- 5+ years in industrial component manufacturing
- 3+ years in process/project management
- Elevator or automotive parts industry experience preferred.
**Hard Skills**
- Proficient in CAD/CATIA drawing review & process design
- Expertise in stamping/welding/CNC machining & metal material properties
- Mastery of FMEA/APQP/PPAP tools
- Demonstrated ability in OEE improvement & manufacturing cost analysis
**Soft Skills**
- Cross-department collaboration to drive ECN/ECR implementation
- English (B2+) for technical reporting
- Stress resistance & systematic problem-solving mindset
**Certifications (preferred)**
- PMP certification
- ISO/IATF 16949 Internal Auditor
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSS GB)
