**Specialization / Degree**: Computer System Engineering Degree or Information Technology Degree.
**Experience**:
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar support or technical role, ideally within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Customer service experience.
- Basic programming (PL/SQL, Oracle SQL or similar).
**Level of English**: Advanced
**Skills and other specialization**:
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Basic programming skills.
- PL SQL (Basic).
- Experience in Oracle Developer.
- Microsoft office Excel, Word, Power Point & Visio.
**Purpose of the position**:
**Main responsibilities**:
- Provide first and second-level support for incidents and service requests related to the industrial system.
- Query and update databases using Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, as part of troubleshooting and issue resolution.




- Analyze root causes of system issues and collaborate with functional or technical teams to implement solutions.
- Maintain clear documentation of all support cases, including resolution steps (Knowledge base) and root cause / status tracking (tickets).
- Escalate unresolved or critical issues according to internal procedures.
- Assist end users with empathy and professionalism, ensuring business continuity and minimizing downtime.
- Identify and propose improvements to system support processes or functionalities.
- Ensures full compliance with IT Tenaris Methodology.
- Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area
