**AIM OF THE POSITION**
Ensure profitability of global purchase cost
- Provide willing services expected by internal and external customer
**MISSIONS AND ACTIVITIES PO MANAGEMENT**
- Generating purchase order for material/tooling/services demanded by other departments
- Following up purchase order management by suppliers (delivery lead time, reception confirmation)
- Updating new parts numbers received and ensure ordering process within ERP System.
- Ensuring ERP System update at each reception of equipment’s/ tooling/services
- Negotiating best price and ensure the right quality/price
**SUPPLIER FOLLOW UP**
- Ensure that receiving area is performing incoming inspection on goods received from suppliers (conformity, damaged, warranty)
- Updating suppliers evaluation book and ensure delivery follow up on weekly basis
**SAFETY STOCK LEVEL CONTROL**
- Maintaining security stock level for FGX goods frequently use in shop floor (Packing Material etc )
- Ensure that warehouse is performing a physical inventory and ensure real level of stock with-in ERP
**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Ensure that your collaborators know and follow the work instructions (safe operations and safety sheets)
Participate in activities related to safety, health and the environment (training, talks, awareness, events, etc.)

health and environmental objectives
Immediately report incidents, accidents or work illnesses to EHS/Supervisor or medical service
Safeguard your own safety and that of your colleagues
**AUTHORITY**
Inform your superior or HR/EHS department of unsafe conditions or acts
Suspend the operation when it could affect the integrity of the collaborator and/or plant or when it is considered a bad environmental practice.
Report bad environmental practices to your superior or HR/EHS department
Application of disciplinary measures for non-compliance with safety, health and/or bad practices that may affect the environment.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- University level people, Technical diploma
- Managerial, verbal and written communication skills
- Meticulous, motivated, organized, good relationship
- Confident with Excel.
- Work with high reactivity and with willing to solve problems (finding solutions)
- Flexibility regarding the working shifts (early, day and late shift)
- Able to analyze and explain clearly a problem
- Knowledge of procurement, sourcing strategy and purchasing activities.
- Knowledge of logistic, MRP processes and rules
- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP for Supply chain (MM modules).
- Knowledge of English or French language
- Availability to travel.
