Job description:
- Handle high call volume on a fast pace environment, while displaying high level of professionalism, empathy and enthusiasm.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Answering patient’s inquiries regarding scheduling, rescheduling and/or cancelling medical appointments in a timely manner.
