Descripción y detalle de las actividades
1. Collaborate closely with Project manager, Product engineer, Quality and material teams.
2. Translate customer requirements into manufacturable product solutions.
3. Drive cost optimization initiatives.
4. Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables using tools like MS Project or equivalent.
5. Conduct and support PFMEA, IQ, OQ, PQ, pilot builds, and first article inspections.
6. Interface with suppliers and contract manufacturers to ensure readiness and ramp-up execution.
7. Own the creation of technical documentation: Process Flow, Standard Operation Procedures, control plan and Product History Record.
8. Assist in the execution and documentation of product testing, validation, and reliability analysis.
9. Assist in the development of product documentation, including BOM’s, Work instructions, routing, PFMEA, control plans and product history record.
10. Work with ERP systems to ensure proper setup of part numbers, structures and production data.
11. Collaborate with design, process, manufacturing, and quality engineers to ensure product readiness for mass production.
Experiência y requisitos
1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field. Masters preferred. 2. 4+ years of experience in NPI or manufacturing engineering, preferably in the interconnect, electronics, or low mix/high-volume sectors.
3. Strong understanding of product development lifecycle,



manufacturing principles, and quality systems.
4. Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process improvement methodologies.
5. Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
6. Experience working in a fast-paced, global, and matrixed organization.
7. VISA Required.
8. National passport.
9. 2+ years of experience in NPI or manufacturing engineering, preferably in the interconnect, electronics, or low mix/high-volume sectors.
10. Familiarity with engineering and manufacturing processes (DFM, Six sigma, Lean, etc).
11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems preferred.
12. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and technical curiosity.
13. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional, global environment.
14. English proficiency.
