Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Warehouse Analyst (Medical) located in Tijuana Site.
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Analystrole involves working with the materials and planning teams to ensure on-time and efficient deliveries of the final product, with zero downtime.
What a typical day looks like:
- Supervise that deadlines are met.
- Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service
- Schedule and oversee warehouse team, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime
- Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance when necessary
- Meet regularly with warehouse leads to analyze productivity and develop actionable plans for loss prevention
- Oversee and manage logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities,



communicating with drivers and air partners to ensure efficient delivery of packages
- Certifications in logistics, inventory management, or relevant areas (e.g., Certified Supply Chain Professional, Lean Six Sigma).
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience
- Experience in a warehouse role managing hourly employees
- Proficiency with warehouse procedures and policies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities
- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff
- Ability to deliver effective feedback, both written and verbal
- Warehousing, Material feed, Supermarket, Return to Stock,
- Kitting, Shipping and WIP control
- English Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
