OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO
FUNCIONES DEL PUESTO
Desarrollar e implementar, estrategias de reclutamiento alineadas con la estrategia de la compañía. Para garantizar que contemos con los colaboradores acorde al perfil de cada posición.
Preparar, material de reclutamiento, publicando las vacantes en las correspondientes bolsas de trabajo, redes sociales, universidades, etc.. Para garantizar la cobertura de las posiciones vacantes.
Ofrecer informes de reclutamiento analíticos y documentados, para garantizar que el líder contratante este alineado en el proceso.
PERFIL DEL PUESTO
Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Psicología, Relaciones Industriales o afines
Deseable Maestría en temas relacionados con RH
Inglés: Avanzado
Conocimientos Técnicos:
- Manejo de Office, ERP como SAP u Oracle y sistemas como Peoplesoft
- Conocimiento amplio de entrevista por competencias, pruebas psicométricas, y diferentes fuentes y bolsas de trabajo
- Habilidades claves son comunicación efectiva, organización y control, trabajo bajo presión, sentido de urgencia, orientación a las relaciones, empuje y actitud de servicio
