**Requirements**
- Fluent in both written and spoken English. We need to communicate effectively and clearly. English is the common denominator language. To grow within SiteJab, you'll need strong communication skills: the ability to explain your thought process and present to the team or client, be active on remote meetings etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or other related major **or proven equivalent experience.**:
- 2+ years of visual design experience, preferably some in an agency or marketing environment
- Adobe Creative Suite should be the core skillset you use.
- A strong sense of design and distinguished eye for color theory and design principles
- Possess alot of creativity not just an order taker
- Excellent communication skills




- Good feedback management to improve and learn; versátil approach
- Good organizational skills and the ability to adapt to tight deadlines or last minute changes
- You are self-demanding and used to high quality standards
- **Strong portfolio** showcasing design system process, components, animations, or the latest relevant work
- Must be willing to sign an NDA.
**Nice to have**
- Web design skills
- Good at illustration, freehand drawing etc.
- Animation and video editing (After Effects, Premiere...)
