Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented, and **bilingual Loan Officer Assistant (LOA)** ready to support a high-performing U.S. mortgage team? We’re looking for a proactive professional who can help streamline operations, communicate with clients, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

**Responsibilities Include**:
- Support the Loan Officer with daily tasks and client follow-ups
- Manage the Loan Officer’s calendar, schedule calls, and prepare documentation
- Handle lead follow-ups and pipeline updates using CRM tools
- Communicate with borrowers, title companies, lenders, and agents
- Collect and organize borrower documentation for submission
- Maintain internal trackers and update the CRM regularly
- Order 3rd party verifications (VOEs, VODs, appraisals, etc.) as needed




- Help ensure files move smoothly through submission to closing
- Take initiative during LO’s absence to keep files progressing
**Qualifications**:
- 1+ years of experience in the mortgage industry (processing, sales support, or LOA preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal English - must be able to speak with U.S.based clients
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Comfortable with fast-paced, high-volume workflows
- Tech-savvy, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Must have access to a personal computer and reliable internet connection

Pay: $14,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month
