**Internal Recruiter**

**About the Role**
If you're confident leading structured interviews, juggling multiple roles, and continuously improving processes, this is your opportunity to make a major impact.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead end-to-end recruiting for technical and operational roles—from sourcing to offer
- Conduct structured interviews that assess skills aligned with client and team needs
- Partner with hiring managers and occasionally clients to align on priorities and profile calibration
- Use our ATS and sourcing tools to maintain accurate data, identify process gaps, and track performance
- Identify and implement improvements to speed up time-to-hire and raise the quality bar
**What You Bring**
- 2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience,



ideally in a high-volume staffing or agency setting
- Proven ability to place technical talent (engineering, product, data, etc.)
- Strong interviewing skills focused on evaluating depth, not just keywords
- Experience with ATS platforms and a strong grasp of sourcing tools and techniques
- Availability to consistently cover several working days per week aligned with Pacific Time while flexing across EST and PST
