**Job Summary**

- Utilize testing tools and agile frameworks to execute test cases efficiently.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects.
- Prepare and maintain test metrics and reports to track progress and quality.
- Execute mobile testing to ensure seamless user experience across devices.
- Use HP ALM, Jira and Azure DevOps for test management and defect tracking.
- Analyze test results and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure alignment.
- Participate in test planning and strategy meetings to optimize testing processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing.
- Support the retail sales domain by validating software functionalities.
- Adapt to the hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office tasks.
- Contribute to the overall success of projects by ensuring high-quality deliverables.
**Qualifications**




- Demonstrate proficiency in test metrics and reporting for effective communication.
- Exhibit strong skills in using SNOW for incident management.
- Show expertise in testing tools and agile frameworks for efficient test execution.
- Possess experience in mobile testing to ensure cross-platform compatibility.
- Have hands-on experience with HP ALM, Jira and AzureDevOps for test management.
- Understand retail sales domain to validate software functionalities.
