To support our growing presence in Central Europe, we are looking for a **Business Controller**to join our team in Romania. The role is based in Dragomirești, Ilfov.
**What does your day look like**:
- Business controlling with a focus on supporting the performance of logistics centers
- Executing financial processes and reports within agreed deadlines and required standards (e.g., month-end closing, forecasting results for individual locations)
- Managing cost accounting for joint projects
- Supporting customer invoicing in line with contractual agreements
- Actively contributing to the preparation of annual budgets and monitoring their implementation
- Collaborating with operational controlling and accounting departments
- Preparing data, presentations, and analyses
- Initiating, developing, and implementing cost optimization systems
- Proactively identifying and managing business risks
- Participating in the development of solutions and IT tools to improve controlling processes
**What do you need to be successful**:




- Experience in a similar position and understanding of financial analysis and budgeting
- Higher education in a related field
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Fluent Romanian and proficiency in English at B2 level
- Knowledge of MS Power BI is an advantage
- High communication skills and analytical thinking
