**Skills & Experience**:
- 5-7 years of experience in software development or ML
- Expertise in syncing **facial expressions, body gestures, and speech** for believable digital humans
- Strong background in **real-time voice processing**, modulation, and output systems
- Experience integrating **large language models** (like ChatGPT) into conversational avatars
- Skilled at fusing multiple components—AI, animation, voice, logic—into unified, intuitive experiences
- Comfortable in **Unity**, **Unreal Engine**, or similar platforms
- Driven by empathy and **user-centered design** principles
- English - at least B2
**What You'll Do**:
- Create and refine realistic virtual characters that respond naturally to users
- Build systems that coordinate real-time voice, expression,



and gesture for fluid interaction
- Connect AI conversation models to avatar behaviors for emotionally intelligent responses
- Work closely with core stakeholders to define architecture, tools, and implementation strategies
- Contribute to rapid prototyping and iterative improvements based on user feedback
- Help shape a scalable framework for future team expansion
