**Job Summary**
Responsible from order forecast and demand changes with customers. Responsible to make sure requests can be successfully ship on time.
**What Will you do**:
- Supervising and controlling new sales orders, identifying the key elements and communicate downstream for required actions.
- Analyzing historical sales data, and other relevant factors to predict future product demand. This helps in ensuring that inventory levels are maintained appropriately to meet customer needs without overstocking.
- Manage customer priorities, high priority back orders, back orders and past due.
- Serving as primary contact for customer inquiries; primary escalation process.
- Evaluate restrictions to meet the sales plan and communicate impact to Demand planning supervisor.
**Degree Requirement**
- Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International trade or similar.

**Skills**:
**Demand Management**:
- Knowledge of demand management process, production plan definition.
- Demand reports and analysis, to determine variation.
- Buffer strategy definition for shipping level products and inventory management.
- Tools development to detect Demand variation.
- Identify customer priorities and manage them on the production line.
**Forecasting**:
- Production plan definition.
- RCCP analysis to identify manufacturing capabilities & restrictions.
- Basic knowledge on Sales and operation process.
- Proactive communication with operations, manufacturing, supply chain team to meet demand.

- This vacancy is in Cienega de Flores.
- Hours are Monday through Friday.
- Relocation is not available.
