**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design develop and implement software solutions.

- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new software features and enhancements.

- Assist in the planning and execution of software development projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers to foster their growth and development.
- Contribute to the overall success of the team by actively participating in team meetings and discussions.
**Qualifications**




- Strong technical skills in.NET SQL and Java with hands-on experience in software development.
- Experience in Finance & Accounting Governance Risk & Compliance or Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus.
- Proficiency in English at a novice level to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and contribute to the success of the team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and projects.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
**Certifications Required**
- Microsoft Certified:.NET Developer Oracle Certified Professional Java SE Programmer desirable
