We are looking for a proactive Cyber Security Project Manager with experience in managing projects within the financial or insurance sectors, specifically in cyber security.
In this role, you will oversee cyber security projects that enhance value, security, agility, and efficiency. Reporting to one of the Workstream leads, you will provide guidance and recommendations to improve WTW's security posture. You will identify areas for improvement to ensure successful project outcomes, using your project management skills. Working with operational stakeholders, you will ensure effective delivery, address key issues, and collaborate on solutions.

**The Role**
- Project Planning (Resources, Activities, Infrastructure and Dependencies)
- Estimation, Scheduling, implementation, managing delivery activities
- RMP (Risk Mitigation Plan)
- (Product, Resources, Contractual deliveries, RFP Planning, ensuring agreed points are getting delivered, Solutioning for Gaps)
- Project Organisation Management (People Management)
- Budget and benefit Management (Cost/Efforts/Schedule)
- Ensure Implementation site (customer site) for readiness
- Handover of all the artifacts, handing over to BAU team while project enters the support phase
- Attend and chair meetings to update the stakeholder(s)
- Develop talent and enhance team capabilities by maintaining high team morale and productivity. Producing and managing a plan
- Defining and identifying project scope. Facilitating DLD (Detailed level design) and HLD (High level design). Determine resource availability
- Manage the life cycle of project from initial idea to close
- Preparing and delivering written & verbal project update summaries for key stakeholders
- Identify, evaluate and mitigate/ manage risk (delivery, technical and commercial risks)




- Provision of comprehensive and complete necessary project documentation
- Ensure knowledge and information flow seamlessly to keep projects moving forward
**Qualifications**:
**The Requirements**
- Strong experience of project management essential. 5 plus years of relevant experience required
- Strong technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in large scale Cyber Security focused change projects/programme
- Experience of large scale multi project delivery in an international financial services organisation - regulated environment, desirable
- Experience of implementing a new Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) solution (preferably Cloud based)
- Experience of operationalizing a new PKI solution
- PMP / Prince 2 certified with solid understanding of managing stage gate processes
- Experience working in Agile Methodology
- Ability to work in hybrid model and use best practices across agile and waterfall
- Ability to manage complex inter project dependencies within programme and across the portfolio
- Experience of IT Migrations to Cloud based solutions, and particularly Microsoft Azure, or integral implementation of a network related deliverables
- Proficient in Portfolio reporting tools, Office 365 (Microsoft Teams/ SharePoint Online), Microsoft Project, MS Excel, Azure DevOps
- Solid understanding of project financials and Impact areas at program level
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to work to tight deadlines, managing multiple tasks
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills as well as strong stakeholder management
- Outcome focused with a flexible approach to work and able to adapt to change
