**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Lead the design and development of software solutions using.NET technologies
- Oversee the implementation of Agile methodologies to ensure efficient project delivery
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements
- Manage database design and optimization using SQL
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and gather feedback
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning sessions
**Qualifications**
- Possess strong technical skills in Agile methodologies




- Have extensive experience with.NET development
- Demonstrate proficiency in SQL database management
- Experience in Governance Risk & Compliance is a plus
- Knowledge of Finance & Accounting domains is desirable
- Familiarity with Property & Casualty Insurance is an advantage
- Proficiency in English at a novice level is required
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality are crucial
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work is expected.
**Certifications Required**
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate desirable
