**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced **Senior Warehouse Supervisor** to lead all warehouse operations, ensuring accurate and timely (material supply) to production lines, strict adherence to **FIFO** inventory management, and efficient control of inventories. You will be responsible for supervising a high-performing team, driving continuous improvement initiatives based on **Lean Manufacturing** principles, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
**Accountabilities: What you'll do**
- Lead and supervise warehouse operations to ensure all functions, including **surtido** (picking and supplying materials), are executed correctly and on schedule.
- Manage cycle counts and maintain accurate **inventory** control using FIFO methods.
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials aligned with production schedules.
- Administer the handling and control of scrap materials within the plant.
- Establish and enforce warehouse operational procedures and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Service to ensure timely shipments.
- Verify availability and condition of equipment and tools used in warehouse operations.
- Authorize requisitions for necessary tools and materials.
- Support and lead **Lean Manufacturing** continuous improvement projects.
- Monitor compliance with foreign trade policies and supply chain security programs (C-TPAT, NEEC).




- Coordinate with suppliers to validate material requirements and delivery schedules.
- Lead, coach, and develop the warehouse team to maintain high productivity and safety standards.
**Essential Skills/Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in warehouse management with focus on **inventory control**, **FIFO** processes, and **material surtido**.
- Leadership skills with experience managing and motivating warehouse teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably JDE (JD Edwards).
- Knowledge of **Lean Manufacturing** principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- English proficiency at 80% or higher (spoken and written).
**Desirable Skills/Experience**
- Experience implementing supply chain security programs (C-TPAT, NEEC).
- Background in Lean/Six Sigma projects.
- Familiarity with foreign trade compliance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
**Onsite Work Arrangement**:
This role is based fully onsite, and not eligible for hybrid or remote work opportunities.
