**The Supplier Quality Assistant is a vital role that ensures the seamless flow of quality information between suppliers and the internal quality team, supporting the company in delivering high-quality products to its customers.**
**Assist in the review and maintenance of supplier quality documentation, such as PPAP, FAI, and inspection records.**
**b. Maintain databases and files related to supplier quality metrics, audits, and corrective action requests.**
**c. Support the evaluation and monitoring of suppliers’ performance (e.g., quality, delivery, responsiveness).**
**d. Participate in internal meetings and supplier meetings, taking minutes and tracking action items.**
**e. Perform data entry and reporting or quality management systems.**
**f. Maintain and organize quality-related records and documents.**
**g. Perform other duties as assigned by the Supplier Quality team.**
