**Job Description**:
We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager who can take full ownership of our online presence on Etsy, Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok Shop while driving sales growth through search optimization, MVP research, and strategic marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Platform Management: Oversee and optimize daily operations on Etsy, Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok Shop.
- Product Listing: Ensure product listings are optimized with AI search best practices, compelling descriptions, and high-quality images.
- MVP Research: Conduct minimum viable product (MVP) research to test new product ideas and gauge market trends.
- Project Ownership: Proactively identify opportunities and manage projects end-to-end.
- Customer Engagement:



Monitor customer feedback and analytics to improve user experience and drive conversion.
Qualifications:
- Self-starter who takes proactive ownership of projects and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Etsy, Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok Shop platforms.
- Minimum 2 years in management.
- Proven experience in search optimization and digital marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with consumer products and the e-commerce landscape.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct MVP research and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong understanding of AI and related marketing and product research tools.
- Experience using Canva.
- Excellent writing skills in English.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $140.00 - $180.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
