**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Provide high-quality care and supervision for toddlers and preschool-aged children.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, utilizing positive reinforcement strategies.
- Create a safe and welcoming environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and coordinate daily activities and special events.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the classroom and play areas.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including first aid protocols.
**Qualifications**
- Experience in toddler care or preschool settings is preferred.




- Strong behavior management skills to effectively address various developmental needs.
- Previous experience working with students, including those with disabilities, is a plus.
- Ability to educate children through creative play, structured activities, and hands-on learning experiences.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
- A background in caregiving or babysitting can be beneficial for this role.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with children, parents, and staff members.
Pay: $21.58 - $24.00 per hour
