**Deine Aufgaben**:
- Pre-test scientific support:
- Provide technical and clinical advice to doctors, geneticists, consultants, and embryologists for the correct selection of studies.
- Identify personalization opportunities in the diagnostic portfolio according to the patient's profile.
- Accompany educational and clinical decision-making sessions with medical teams (in-person or remote).
- Support during processing and analysis:
- Coordinate with the laboratory any special processing or interpretation requirements.
- Ensure effective communication between the laboratory and the clinical client.
- Manage expectations regarding delivery times, interpretation, and special cases.
- Post-test support:
- Assist in the clinical explanation of results to doctors, patients, and genetic counselors.
- Coordinate sessions for the delivery and interpretation of complex reports.
- Serve as a scientific escalation point for uncertain or challenging results.
- Engagement and medical education:
- Participate in key congresses, training sessions, and scientific forums.
- Identify KOLs and strategic partners for medical and scientific initiatives.
- Management of the Customer & Clinical Engagement area:
- Collaborate in structuring processes for personalized clinical care.




- Be an active voice in internal committees for innovation, customer experience, and quality.
- Help define and measure indicators of clinical success and customer experience.
**Dein Profil**:
- Background in Biology, Biomedicine, Genetics, Medicine, or related fields.
- Desirable master's degree or specialization in clinical genetics or personalized medicine.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in genetic or molecular diagnostic laboratories.
- Experience in sample processing and analysis, as well as direct interaction with physicians and patients.
- Desirable experience in medical education functions, MSL, or post-test consulting.
- Skills in clear scientific communication, clinical empathy, and results orientation.
- Intermediate-advanced level of English (for literature review, presentations, or support for international clients).
