**About You**:You’re a natural connector with a proven track record of recruiting high-performing sales reps and cold callers. Your communication skills are off the charts, and you bring energy and enthusiasm to every conversation. Organization is your superpower, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment. Bonus points if you have experience in the solar industry—but what matters most is your ability to bring in the best talent.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Source, screen, and recruit top salespeople and cold callers to join our growing team.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver quality hires that meet or exceed expectations.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years recruiting for sales positions,



preferably with cold calling or telemarketing roles.
- **Bilingual**: Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
- **Exciting Personality**: Charismatic and energetic—you make connections easily and leave a lasting impression.
- **Organized Leader**: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
- **Adaptability**: Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a willingness to take initiative and solve problems.

Pay: $16,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
- recruiting in call center: 2 years (preferred)
- recruiting for sales roles: 1 year (preferred)
