We’re scaling quickly and need a proactive, organized part-time **Recruiter** to help us build a world-class team across the U.S., Mexico, and the Philippines.
**What You’ll Do**
As our in-house Recruiter, you’ll manage full-cycle hiring across multiple time zones and countries. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to fill roles in finance, operations, tech, and customer support. This is a hands-on, high-impact position for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments and diverse hiring needs.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with department heads to define job requirements and hiring plans
- Post job ads on Indeed, LinkedIn, local job boards, and specialty sites in the U.S., Mexico,



and the Philippines
- Conduct resume reviews and screening interviews
- Schedule interviews with internal stakeholders across time zones
- Coordinate offer letters, reference checks, and onboarding handoff
- Track key recruiting metrics and support process improvements
- Contribute to employer branding and international hiring best practices
- Assist with general HR tasks as needed
**What We’re Looking For**
- 2+ years of recruiting experience (in-house or agency)
- Experience hiring internationally
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Self-starter comfortable managing multiple open roles
- Familiarity with ATS tools and scheduling across time zones
- Experience recruiting for operations, back office, or virtual support roles preferred
**Job Type**: Part-time
