- **Please note this is a highly administrative position**:
- Answer inbound calls/Make outbound calls to patients
- Addressing and resolving patient concerns with skill and empathy
- Managing patient labs to ensure patients are good to go for their procedures
- Procedure follow-ups and hospitalization follow-ups
- Constant communication with the Proceduralists and Nurse Practitioners
- Participation in our rotating Clinical Hotline after-hours call center.
**Requirements**:
- **Must be in the US Central Time Zone**:
- English and Spanish fluency
- Must have A+ customer service-oriented attitude & charisma
- Tech savviness, detail-oreinted, organized are a must
- Experience with Google workspace (Google Sheets & Google Calendar especially)
- Strong clinical background
- Maturity, good judgment, and a proactive mind
- Clear drug screening and background check
- Spirit of continuous improvement -- strive to grow, improve, and learn... both professionally and personally, every single day.
- All employees are expected to perform as an integral part of the team, and to provide supplemental support as requested, required, or assigned.
