**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute test plans test cases and test scripts for various software projects.
- Utilize technical skills in.Net CITS Java and Visual Basic to automate testing processes and improve efficiency.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders highlighting any issues or areas for improvement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to developers to enhance code quality.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in software testing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all testing activities.




- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing methodologies and processes.
- Support the implementation of new testing tools and technologies to enhance testing capabilities.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
- Provide training and support to junior team members to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
**Qualifications**
- Demonstrate proficiency in.Net CITS Java and Visual Basic for effective software testing.
- Possess strong analytical skills to identify and resolve software defects efficiently.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
- Have a good understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance Governance Risk & Compliance and Finance & Accounting domains.
- Show a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
- Display attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Be able to work independently in a remote work environment while maintaining productivity.
**Certifications Required**
ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level or equivalent certification in software testing desirable.
