**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases based on project requirements.
- Identify document and track software defects and inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and ensure software meets user requirements.
- Perform regression testing to verify that existing functionalities are not affected by new changes.
- Utilize technical skills in CITS.NET Java and Visual Basic to perform testing tasks.
- Provide detailed test reports and documentation for review by stakeholders.
- Participate in requirement analysis and design discussions to understand project scope.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates and feedback.




- Assist in the creation and maintenance of automated test scripts.
- Support the development team in troubleshooting and resolving issues.
**Qualifications**
- Possess a strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
- Have hands-on experience with CITS.NET Java and Visual Basic.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exhibit strong communication skills in English both written and verbal.
- Show familiarity with Property & Casualty Insurance Governance Risk & Compliance and Finance & Accounting domains.
- Display attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
**Certifications Required**
- ISTQB Certified Tester Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate desirable
