**Responsibilities**
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster their growth.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
**Qualifications**
- Should have a good understanding of Finance & Accounting Governance Risk & Compliance and Property & Casualty Insurance domains.
- Must possess novice-level English language skills to communicate effectively.

- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve project goals.
- Should have excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues.

**Certifications Required**
Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate Microsoft Certified: SQL Server Database Developer desirable
