We are looking for an experienced **Senior DevOps Engineer**to join our team.
In this role, you will work on optimizing infrastructure, streamlining workflows, and enhancing the performance of AI/ML systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, improve system reliability, and ensure seamless integration of machine learning models into production environments.
**Responsibilities**
- Design and manage scalable and reliable infrastructure to support AI/ML workflows
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment of models and services
- Collaborate with data scientists to integrate machine learning models into production environments
- Optimize workflows for training and retraining AI/ML systems to ensure efficiency and agility
- Implement monitoring and alerting solutions to track model performance and system reliability
- Debug and test AI models to ensure accuracy and functionality in production systems
- Create reusable libraries and frameworks to streamline development processes
- Work closely with stakeholders to propose and implement MLOps tools and best practices
**Requirements**:
- At least 3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer
- Advanced proficiency in Python programming for developing and managing infrastructure and workflows
- Experience in running, testing, and debugging AI models in production environments
- Strong ability to train and retrain machine learning systems efficiently and flexibly
- Expertise in monitoring and optimizing model performance and system workflows
- Knowledge of MLOps tools and the ability to propose their use where appropriate
- Proven experience in building reusable libraries and frameworks to support development teams
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, at a B2 level or higher
