**Job Summary**
The Caterpillar Tooling team in Monterrey, Mexico, has an opportunity for an entry level engineer to serve as a tooling designer. This coordinating role will work under the guidance of experienced tooling engineers to support the concept, design, and development tools with different as mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electronic systems.
- Develop and maintain a keen understanding of internal and external customers' needs.
- Support the design, development, and validation of mechanical fixtures
- Develop or definition of plans for tooling designs
- Participate in tooling design reviews to share recommendations with process partners
**Education requirement**:
- Bachelor’s degree in either Mechanical, Industrial Design, Automotive, Materials,



or Mechatronics engineering disciplines from an accredited university
- English speaking and writing skills

**Additional Information**:
- This position will be located in Santa Catarina.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time, domestically and internationally
- (VISA required).
