**General Accountabilities**
- Designing, deploying, configuring, patching and remote control through Software Center Configuration Manager.
- Administration of Microsoft Applications and Desktop Platforms.
- Imaging and Packaging.
- Understanding of Windows Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, Enterprise Patching.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
- Knowledge regarding Endpoint Manager or Intune.
- Managed an environment with 200 or more endpoints.
- Experience supporting systems by optimizing performance, resolving production problems, and providing timely follow-up on reported problems.
- Interpreting and maintaining systems documentation.
- Provide root cause analysis of reported incidents.
- Experience with monitoring systems and troubleshooting concepts.
- Experience with scripting.
**Job Qualifications**
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
ITSM foundation training required.**Experience**:
- 5+ years of IT experience.
- 3+ years of relevant experience on software deployment.
- 1+ years on Cloud platforms.
- Experience Microsoft Technologies.
- Knowledge of VBScript and/or Powershell

- Fluent English language skills required: verbal and written communication.
- Experience working with multicultural teams and customers.
- Self-motivated and disciplined.
- Excellent meeting facilitation skills, including teleconference and web conference.
- Ability to make decisions and resolve incidents.
