We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a Process mining Specialist
- Responsibilities:_
- Implement process mining software (Celonis)
- Extract and analyze event logs to visualize real process flows and identify bottlenecks or deviations.
- Use process mining tools (Celonis) to create clear process models.
- Work with stakeholders to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Support process improvements through continuous monitoring and reporting.
- Document findings and train others on process mining practices.
- Required experience:_
- Process mining software (Celonis)
- Analytics tools (SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau)
- **English language proficiency.**
