We are a U.S.based real estate and construction company seeking a highly organized, proactive Operations Manager. This is a remote, full-time role with versátil hours, but you must be available during evenings and some weekends to support clients and prospective tenants in real-time.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and send weekly project reports to clients
- Follow up with prospective tenants and respond to inquiries
- Coordinate tasks between contractors, brokers, and team members
- Track project timelines and flag delays
- Provide administrative support and manage internal workflows
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Experience in operations,



administration, or real estate preferred
**Compensation**
- $25,500 - $34,000 MXN/month (equivalent to $1,500 - $2,000 USD/month, based on experience)
