**Position Mission**: Respond promptly to the requirements and needs of the different areas to achieve customer satisfaction and avoid complaints or dissatisfaction.
**Your Impact**: As **Service technician**, you will have the opportunity to contribute directly to our mission by performing the following key functions**: Inspections for high and/or low consumption, measured pressures, and data verification for proper metering and customer billing.**
**Field inspection of meters for zero consumption, service disconnections and reconnections, meter installation and disassembly, and installation modifications to address requests from the collections department.**
**Maintain proper control of meters and materials (inputs, outputs,



tampered meters, meters for destruction) in accordance with current policies and procedures..**
**Requirements**: To join our team as **Service technician**, we are looking for:
- **Education and Experience**:High school, vocational school or bachelor degree. Experience in general plumbing, gas handling, or measuring equipment
- **Technical Skills**:standard car handling, handling of work tools
- **Key Competencies**: Negotiator, customer focus, teamwork, results-oriented
