**Accountabilities & Responsibilities**:
- Adheres to Integer’s Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
- Proactively protects the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information in the custody of or processed by the company.
- Secures the Integer’s network and data by understanding threat technologies and using tools to protect against known, emerging and zero-day threats.
- Reviews and responds to security logs, alerts, and reports for critical systems.
- Perform various Identity and Access Management (IAM) tasks such as setting up privilege accounts in a Privilege Access Management (PAM) system, performing account cleanup activities, etc.
- Supports risk and compliance activities with regulatory requirements and other statutory regulations (PCI, PII, Privacy Laws, S-Ox, HIPAA, etc.)
- Participates in the design, implementation, and review of security metrics.
- Participates in preparation of necessary information security policies, standards and procedures.
- Participates in IT security risk assessments and control design activities
- Maintains relationships with strategic vendors with guidance from IT Management.
- Investigates and resolves incidents and breaches regarding the network.
- Tests, selects and implements commercially-available best-of-breed Security products and services.
- Reviews technical information, requirements statements, feasibility analyses, conceptual designs and other security documents created during the systems development process.
- Participates in security architecture design review and planning.
- Performs other duties as required.
**Education & Experience**:
- ** Minimum Education**: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent (3+ years) work experience.
- Minimum Experience: 2+ years of experience with Information Technology; Experience in a publicly-held IT organization preferred.
**Knowledge & Skills**:
- ** Special Skills**:
- Understanding of relationships between threats, vulnerabilities, asset values and their effect on overall business risk.
- Skilled in PowerShell and other scripting and query languages to extract requisite data from assets.
- Strong demonstrated understanding of Microsoft Windows Enterprise environment.
- Effective business consulting skills including the ability to establish rapport with the business.
- Superior organizational and communication skills.
- Highly proficient oral and written communication capabilities as well as executive presentation abilities.
- Proficient with MS Office Tools
- Experience with vendor relations

- ** Specialized Knowledge**:
- Requirement to speak, read AND write in English fluently.
- ** Other**:
- Displays the highest standard of integrity (demonstrated by an unblemished career history, complete lack of criminal convictions etc.), and willing to undergo vetting and/or personality assessments to verify, if necessary.
- Travel 0-15% of time depending on business needs.
