Job Summary

Reporting to the Operations Manager the Operations Manager’s role involves:
What a typical day looks like:
- Responsible for effectively managing all strategic operational processes and resources and leading an organization to achieve and maintain operational excellence.
- Manage appropriate staffing and inventory levels.
- Oversee the assembly operations to meet corporate KOI.
- Supervise production staff on work method and quality checkpoints.
- Coordinate with other departments and other Flex sites to drive for excellence.
- Coordinate efforts of operations team by establishing procurement,



production and engineering services policies and practices.
- Ensure ISO and safety standards are adhered to.
- Experience in the manufacturing process.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Intermediate English
- Typically requires a bachelor’s degree
- Report to leadership team in weekly operations reviews.
- Coach and mentor Operations leadership.
- Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.
