- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and troubleshooting.
- Experience with job scheduling tools and interface monitoring (e.g., FTP, EDI, APIs).
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and hands-on experience with ticketing tools like ServiceNow.
- **English level: Advanced**
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Exposure to Oracle EBS or other ERP systems is a plus.
- Experience in automation or scripting for support efficiency.
- Actividades:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support operations for Friedman ERP modules including Order Management, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Financials.
- Analyze recurring issues and drive root cause analysis (RCA) and permanent fixes.
- Manage ticket lifecycle using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Jira, ensuring compliance with change and release management processes.
- Monitor batch jobs,



interface queues, and system logs to proactively identify and mitigate issues.
- Support minor enhancements, testing cycles, and quarterly release validations.
- Mentor junior support analysts and ensure knowledge transfer and documentation of SOPs and known error databases.
