We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Enterprise Architect Sr. Analyst to support the development and execution of the USF enterprise architecture practice and staff. This role supports the daily EA activities and is the bridge muscle between strategy and execution, making sure we are moving in the right direction and at the right pace, getting things done with quality and on time.

**Qualifications**Required**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in enterprise or solution architecture roles.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
- Expertise in at least one major platform architecture and overall capabilities such as SAP, Salesforce, Blue Yonder or Oracle.
- Proven experience designing and implementing complex, enterprise-scale systems and Proficiency in modeling tools (e.g., Draw.IO, Lucid Charts, Visio).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven Experience with Data Architecture, preferably with platforms such as Snowflake, Power BI, Sigma or Tableau.
- Detailed oriented, Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- **English level: Advanced**
**Preferred**:
- Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, Certified Business Architect).
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with SAP LeanIX and Jira.
- Familiarity with business capability modeling, value stream mapping, and digital transformation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain our EA repository (SAP LeanIX) updated and ensure governance and data quality in collaboration with other stakeholders.
- Support and execute the enterprise architecture strategy, principles, and standards.
- Partner with business and IT leaders to align technology initiatives with strategic objectives.
- Run, document and support the architecture governance processes (ARB and EARB), ensuring compliance with standards, the IT quality framework and guiding solution design.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to inform innovation and long-term planning.
- Provide architectural oversight for major projects, ensuring scalability, security, and sustainability.
- Mentor solution architects and technical teams, fostering architectural thinking and best practices.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and data teams to ensure cohesive architecture.
- Elevate the EA practices and processes to leverage more GenAI and increase the value and the user experience.
