We are currently recruiting a full-time **Level 3 Teaching Assistant** to join a supportive and welcoming school in Derby from September. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the classroom, supporting students across various key stages.
**Responsibilities**:
- Supporting the class teacher with daily classroom activities
- Working 1:1 or in small groups with pupils who need additional support




- Helping to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment
- Managing behaviour in line with school policies
- Supporting children with additional needs (if required)
**Requirements**:
- Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a school setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A calm, patient and proactive approach
- A valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
