We are seeking a skilled and innovative **Senior Machine Learning Engineer** to contribute to the development and deployment of impactful machine learning solutions.
This role requires a technical leader passionate about leveraging ML and MLOps to deliver results while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth design, deployment, and maintenance of machine learning pipelines.
**Responsibilities**
- Participate in the design, development, and operational lifecycle of ML pipelines, adhering to best practices
- Take ownership and assist with the design and implementation of reliable ML prediction endpoints
- Work closely with system engineers to create environments for ML lifecycle management
- Encourage better coding standards and organize repositories to streamline workflows
- Configure and establish project-specific pipelines effectively
- Recognize technical risks and gaps, suggest mitigation strategies, and propose tangible solutions
- Partner with data scientists to deploy predictive models into production with scalable preparation pipelines
- Create and optimize ML pipeline components, addressing challenges to ensure continuous improvement
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of experience with programming languages, ideally Python, and strong proficiency in SQL
- Extensive MLOps experience with tools like Sagemaker, Vertex, or Azure ML
- Broad skills in Data Science, Data Engineering, and DevOps Engineering at an intermediate level
- Track record of delivering at least one production-level project in an MLE role
- Expertise in engineering best practices,



including maintainable and scalable code development
- Proficiency in building data products with Apache Spark Ecosystem tools, such as Spark SQL or MLlib/SparkML
- Familiarity with Big Data technologies, including Hadoop, Kafka, Cassandra, GCP BigQuery, or AWS Redshift
- Background in using automated pipeline/workflow management tools like Airflow or Argo Workflow
- Competency with diverse data processing techniques such as batch, micro-batch, or streaming methods
- Practical understanding of major cloud platforms, including AWS, GCP, and Azure
- Skills in integrating ML models into complex, data-centric systems in production
- Flexibility to use TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, NumPy, SciPy, Scikit-learn, Pandas, or Keras
- Knowledge of various database architectures, including relational, NoSQL, graph, document, columnar, and time-series
