**The Position**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Build and manage data tables and extensions to support campaign targeting, personalisation, and reporting, ensuring data structure scalability and accuracy
- Architect and build automated, relevant life-cycle campaigns and event-based triggers in our ESP (MessageGears)
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract performance insights from marketing and customer data
- Analyse campaign performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion, etc.) and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Maintain a centralized Google Sheets-based campaign calendar, including forecasting, scheduling, and audience size prediction, to support planning and stakeholder visibility across teams
- Build and maintain a rapport with cross-functional teams including data analytics team, data science, product and tech teams, brand design and the local marketing teams
- Mentor junior team members and champion operational excellence in campaign execution, QA, testing, and documentation
- 5-7 years of strong technical experience with ESPs,



relational tables and dynamic content (MessageGears a plus, but not required)
- Knowledge with SQL, HTML and CSS, including responsive design (NET, XML, JSON, JQuery, PHP or AMPScript a plus, but not required)
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Programming, or related field; or equivalent experience with demonstrated proficiency is an asset
- Ability to fix bugs and troubleshoot technical issues
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Proven aptitude for creative problem solving with a strong attention to detail
- Self-motivating and capable of handling multiple projects at the same time with mínimal oversight
