**What You’ll Do**:
- **Stay in Flow**: Monitor client records to ensure our data stays current as loans move through the process.
- **Watch the Deadlines**: Track and follow up on key loan milestones—keeping files moving and clients informed.
- **Own the Paper Trail**: Index and upload documents provided by clients into our imaging system for use by our loan teams.
- **Learn the Mortgage Process**: We’ll train you on how loans are sold, structured, and managed in the U.S. mortgage system.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Strong written and verbal English skills
- Detail-oriented and tech-comfortable
- Clear communicator who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep operations moving
- Mountain or Central time zone
