Capgemini is seeking a visionary and experienced **Mechanical Engineer to lead the development of innovative robotic and electromechanical systems**. **YOUR ROLE**:
- Design mechanical systems for robotic control using electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical components
- Lead fabrication, testing, and optimization processes for breakthrough technologies
- Drive engineering refinement through design reviews and real-world system analysis
- Collaborate across disciplines to deliver intelligent, high-functioning machines
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred) with 7-10 years of experience
- Proficient in SolidWorks, Pro-E, or Catia
- Expertise in CAD design, thermal and flow analysis, and manufacturing processes
- Familiarity with hydraulic/pneumatic systems and complex electromechanical design
- Experience in patent law and business-oriented engineering strategy
