A leading company in the Manufacturing/Automotive industry is seeking a high-performing Controller to lead financial operations in Mexico. This confidential search is managed by RCG Human Capital.
You will report directly to the General Manager (Mexico) and work closely with finance leadership at the North American level.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead all aspects of financial operations, including closings, reconciliations, tax filings, and IVA recovery.
- Oversee internal controls, compliance (including IMMEX), and external audits.
- Mentor and grow a finance team, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and alignment with corporate standards.
**What We’re Looking For**
- Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance,



or related field (CPA preferred)
- 5-8 years’ experience in finance, ideally in manufacturing or automotive
- Strong knowledge of Mexican tax law, IMMEX, and regulatory reporting
- English fluency required (verbal and written)
- Experience with ERP systems
- Proven leadership and team development skills
