**PRIMARY FUNCTION**
The Human Resources (HR) Generalist provides tactical support across core HR functions. The incumbent plays a key role in supporting the employee experience across the full employee life cycle, driving engagement and operational excellence in partnership with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), Organizational Development (OD), Talent Acquisition (TA) and other internal stakeholders.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

2) Partner with OD and HRBPs to support and track action planning initiatives stemming from the Engagement Survey, ensuring closure of identified items.
3) Conduct routine audits of PAU New Hire Trainings, Orientation sessions, and ADP 90-day Performance Management to ensure timely completion and adherence to compliance standards. Collaborate with HRBPs to proactively monitor and maintain compliance across all required activities.
4) Serve as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries, promoting a positive and inclusive employee experience.
5) Help interpret policies, resolve concerns, and escalate issues when appropriate.
6) Assist in compiling and analyzing HR data to drive informed decisions and improve program outcomes.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
EDUCATION: High School diploma or equivalent required.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years’ working experience in Human Resources or related field required. Healthcare experience a plus.
LOCATION: Hybrid role, some on-site work may be required. Office location - San Pedro Garza García

**TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS**
- Works in an office environment
- Rotate working in the office and remote/telework.
- May require sitting or standing for long periods.
- View and type on computer screens for long periods.
- Work in a high-volume environment.

- Requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, operate projector, copier, and other office and training equipment.
