**Core Network Engineer (SS7 / Diameter)**:
We are seeking hands-on Core Network Engineers to design, operate, and troubleshoot signaling solutions (SS7 and Diameter) within 3G/4G core networks. This role focuses on operational support, incident resolution, and collaboration with customer engineering and network operations teams to ensure reliability and performance of signaling platforms.
**What you’ll do**:
- Provide operational support for SS7 and Diameter signaling systems
- Investigate and resolve incidents on SS7 and Diameter platforms
- Execute MOPs defined and approved by the customer
- Run scripts/commands for troubleshooting with customer validation
- Review and analyze signaling traffic
- Interpret technical logs using Oracle tools and standard procedures
- 2-3+ years in telecommunications, focused on 3G/4G core
- Strong knowledge of SS7 and Diameter
- Experience operating/troubleshooting signaling platforms (OC-DSR, OC-STP, EPAP, PIC, IDIH)
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix and scripting (bash/python)




- Proficient in English and Spanish
- Availability for extended/rotating schedules
- Ability to produce clear technical documentation
