As a Field Service Engineer specializing in High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), you’ll play a vital role in supporting our customers by delivering expert on-site service, ensuring optimal performance of Agilent and multi-vendor systems.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Install, configure, and optimize HPLC systems and related software at customer sites.
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure system reliability.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Provide training and technical guidance to customers and fellow engineers.
- Proactively identify and address potential equipment issues to prevent service interruptions.
- Deliver integrated solutions involving hardware, software, and networking components.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related scientific field.
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role or as an HPLC end user.




- Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry regulations is desirable.
- Hands-on experience with HPLC systems (Agilent or other brands).
- Familiarity with Agilent solutions is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Valid U.S. visa required.
- Willingness to travel and work in a customer-facing, team-oriented environment.
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Toluca due to business needs.
**Additional Details**
This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.
