**What You’ll Be Doing**:
You’ll support U.S. citizens by offering access to free online tools that connect them with valuable benefits and programs — from financial help and educational resources to healthcare services and more.
Your responsibilities include:
- Answering inbound calls with empathy and professionalism
- Arranging home visits and matching clients with caregivers
- Offering guidance to families during the care transition process
- Working with a supportive, mission-driven team
**What You Get**:
- Base salary:



$15,000 MXN/month before taxes
- Revenue bonus + attendance & punctuality bonus
- Weekly payments, always on time
- Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
- Weekends OFF
- $200 MXN URBANI transportation support (first week)
